Yes, all our transportation services are private. We do not offer shuttle services. In other words, whether you are looking for airport transportation or a trip between cities, you will always have the pleasure of enjoying private transportation between two destinations.
Your transfer will be automatically confirmed. After completing your online booking, you will receive a booking voucher by email with all the necessary details – contact details and location information for your driver. On the day of the service, simply present the voucher to the driver.
After leaving the baggage claim area, our driver will be present in the arrivals area, clearly identified with your name and destination, for easy recognition. In case of flight delay, don't worry. We will monitor the status of your flight in order to adjust the time of your pick-up.
Yes. Cancellations of the transfer service received more than 48 hours in advance will be refunded in full. No refunds are paid for cancellations received less than 48 hours in advance.
